Typesetting Charges

Invitations, RSVP folded cards, Order Of Day single cards, Folded Menus and Folded Thank You Cards: £10.00

The typesetting & proof charge applies to each of these items ordered and is a one-off charge irrespective of quantity. Invitations, orders of service and menus with printed inserts, are all typeset to the customer's specifications. We supply a proof and a printed copy of each item to be printed.

Save The Date cards, RSVP postcards, Menu single card, Place names, Table numbers/names and Thank You postcards: £5.00

Order of Service: The typesetting of your order of service is totally bespoke. We go to great lengths to produce an item which is not only clear to follow, but one which is aesthetically pleasing and a keepsake for your guests to take home as a memento of your special day. Please feel free to include any poetry or prose appropriate to your wedding day which has special meaning for you. When the wording of prayers and responses are also included, and when lengthy hymns have been chosen for the service, it is often necessary to use additional pages to incorporate the text. The cost of the additional materials and labour is charged per order of service, and is listed beside the corresponding typesetting and proof charges below. This charge is made per booklet as opposed to a one-off charge in order to avoid penalising our customers wishing to order smaller quantities.

The typesetting charge for your order of service is a one-off charge, irrespective of quantity:

3 pages basic layout with 2 hymns: £15
4-page booklet usually with 2-3 hymns: £20
8-page booklet with prayers, responses etc: £30 (+ 40p each for additional materials)
