Terms & Conditions

Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 50 % is required at the time of confirming the order. An invoice will be sent with confirmed quote and payment options. The balance of the order is required before the goods are dispatched. If an order is cancelled you must pay for all the work done that exceeds the 50% deposit. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage once goods are dispatched.

Design:
The design service is completely free, and proofs of designed invites will be sent within one week of design consultation. At this stage double-checking wording etc is very important. Final invites will only be produced once the designs have been agreed by yourself, and your wedding stationery has been paid for in full. If you are using the bespoke service, any materials required that exceed the bespoke stationery price, will be charged accordingly.

Proof Reading:
We will endeavour to correct any and all grammatical errors we find, however you are responsible for proof reading any text/copy at the final proof stage. We will proceed with printing once we have received a signed and dated proof and the balance of the full payment. Work cannot proceed without a signed proof. Any alterations that need to be made as a result of a negligent proof reading by the client will be charged accordingly. The first two proofs are free, other proofs will be charged for.

Timing:
From the moment the order is placed and design proof is signed off - proofs will be sent within one week. From the date of the approved design, delivery can be expected between four—eight weeks. If you have a specific deadline please let us know when placing your initial order.*

*Urgent Orders:
If you have a short period of time before the invites are needed, we can produce invites on a special  service, there may be an additional charge for this. Please contact us by telephone if you require this service.

Delivery:
For deliveries in the UK and abroad there will be a charge for postage and packaging. We can deliver to either your work or home address. See below for postage and packaging costs for UK and worldwide:

Please note delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as postal strike, delayed paper delivery or unavailable materials, bank holidays or a Royal Mail error. We will contact you, if at any point, there is an anticipated problem with delivering your order on time.
